Shipping Information    

• We ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours after receiving the order, excluding holidays and weekends.

• We will send you an email if the item is out-of-stock.

• We gladly ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
• We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier.
• USPS will be shipped Priority Mail.
• We offer shipping to all United States addresses and abroad with U.S. military addresses. 
• Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes, please add an additional $8.00 to the order total for additional shipping charges.
• We can expedite shipping, please add an additional $10.00 to the order total for additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Shipment

• Lost shipments are subject to verification.

• In the event that you believe your purchase has been lost during shipment, please contact Lil Diaper Depot LLC as soon as possible to expedite a claim with USPS or UPS.

International Shipping

• We ship internationally.  Shipping rates vary depending on destination.

• We ship all in-stock items in a timely manner.  If an item is not in-stock, we will email you with a time frame for the expected ship date. 

• We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipping carrier per package size.  We utilize United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service.

• We will only charge the exact shipping rate plus a $2.50 handling fee. 

• We will notify you via email of the shipping rate prior to billing for shipping price approval.

• Any customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

• Lost or damaged shipments are subject to verification.  Please notify Lil Diaper Depot LLC as soon as possible to expedite a claim with the shipping carrier.

Returns/Exchanges

• Please call us toll free: 866.417.4949 or email us: info@lildiaperdepot.com for a return authorization number before returning any items. 

• All Snappi® sales are final.

• We will happily refund or exchange any item that is unwashed, unworn and undamaged (NO fragrance, cigarette smoke, dirt, rips or tears, etc.) preferably with tags still attached.
• Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless we made an error on the order.
• Refunds will be credited in the manner of the original purchase:

• Please remember if you are sending an item(s) back for exchange, include postage for the new item(s).
• Lil Diaper Depot LLC will not be responsible for returned products that have been lost or damaged during shipping.
• It is recommended that returned items should be sent U.S. Mail or UPS insured. 
• Returns are subject to a 10% restock fee.  There is no restock fee for an exchange. 
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days. 
• Returns will not be accepted without a copy of the original sales receipt.
• Any product returned to Lil Diaper Depot LLC in a non-sellable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. 
• Please remember to call us toll free or email us for a return authorization number before returning any items.
